I love the class! I live in Lockport and drive to Willowbrook every Monday evening to make sure I am there for it. It is truly a great ending to a stressful Monday, yet a great refresher to begin the week! I have never tried yoga before this class and I truly enjoy it! I would definitely go to more of Soraya’s regular yoga classes after my pregnancy.
Soraya is a great teacher! You can always sense her calming effect and her bright and pleasant attitude always puts me at ease.
